These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website paks.es (the “Site”) and any order you place with Paks SL (“PAKS”, “we”, “us”), including orders for upcoming semesters (for example September 2026). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, and our Cookie policy where they apply.
1. Who we are
PAKS offers premium arrival kits for students in Spain. The Site describes our packs and lets you place an order and pay through our checkout partner. We are a Spanish company; these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate, current information (name, contact details, university where requested, and pack choices). If you are not legally able to contract in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must complete forms and payments on your behalf. We may refuse or cancel submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or incomplete.
3. Orders and fulfilment
Placing an order expresses your intent to buy the kit described at checkout, subject to these Terms and any wording shown at payment. Product specifications, contents, and delivery dates on the Site are targets and may change before fulfilment; we will communicate material changes by email where we have your address. Availability and timing are confirmed as part of fulfilment coordination.
4. Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and payment details are handled according to Stripe’s terms and our Privacy policy. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the amounts you confirm at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout unless we say otherwise.
5. Refunds
Where we state a refund policy on the Site or at checkout, we will honour it (including any time limits). Refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. If you paid in error or believe a charge is unauthorised, contact us promptly at the email on our Contact page. Statutory consumer rights in your country continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, branding, text, images, and layout are owned by PAKS or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may link to the Site in a fair way that does not misrepresent our relationship or damage our reputation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no transmission of malware, and no automated harvesting of data except public search engines as permitted by our robots rules. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
8. Third parties
The Site may link to social networks, Stripe, or other services. Their terms apply to your use of those services; we are not responsible for third-party content or outages beyond our control.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and orders placed through it are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site or your orders in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in that period for kits and related services, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or data) except where such exclusion is not allowed by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. For material changes affecting paid orders, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
